This project involved a side return rear extension and internal remodel of a Victorian terrace, designed to bring light, space, and modern functionality to the ground floor. The key intervention was a striking zinc-clad elevation paired with expansive roof glazing, which floods the interior with natural light and creates a strong architectural identity to the rear of the property.

The reconfigured layout introduced a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space—enhancing connectivity, visibility to the garden, and day-to-day family use. Carefully balanced between contemporary detailing and the original character of the home, the design delivers a bright, streamlined interior with a calm and considered aesthetic.
