Forest Avenue

A two-storey extension to a corner terrace in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The new extension will accommodate a new family living space at ground floor and master suite at first floor for a young growing family. The proposed addition sits quietly behind and underneath the existing house whilst strengthening the corner of this leafy residential street. A simple material palette responds to the existing context but also distinguishes new from old.
