Moneylane Road

A residential new build in rural Northern Ireland. The scheme replaces an existing dwelling to provide a more functional, modern family home with prominent views towards the Mourne Mountains.

The design references the vernacular agricultural buildings and farm houses typically associated with this region in both it's form and materiality. The proposed dwelling is a modest three bedroom house at approximately 130sqm (gross internal floor area) orientated towards the Mourne Mountains to take advantage of the unique views afforded on this site.
