Nether Riggs

A two-storey extension to a semi-detached property in Bedlington. The design utilises the existing footprint of the garage to accommodate a new utility and ground floor bathroom with a new master bedroom and ensuite on first floor.

Red hung clay tiles and brick applied to the asymmetrical form provide a contemporary aesthetic whilst also referencing the existing material palette which allows it to sit comfortably within its surroundings.
